Dream work is a spiritual practice that helps us to connect with the divine presence through symbols and images. Symbols are the primary language of the soul and working with dreams help us to get in touch with our soul's movement toward wholeness. Dream-tending can be a powerful practice that is often enhanced by working with another person one-on-one or in a group. Dreams reveal previously hidden aspects of ourselves. We bring our own assumptions to the dream, working with another person can help us to see previously unnoticed aspects of the dream.
